Paralegal – Contract Drafting & Litigation Support

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Paralegal to join Medine Limited’s Legal & Compliance team. The role will provide comprehensive legal support across contract management, litigation coordination and day‑to‑day advisory services for the group and its subsidiaries.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate and maintain contracts, agreements and related legal documents, ensuring they are legally sound and commercially balanced.
• Manage the contract lifecycle, track key agreements and update contract templates.
• Conduct legal research, analyse legislation, case law and regulatory developments and deliver clear insights to internal stakeholders.
• Provide day‑to‑day legal advice to business units, identify and mitigate legal risks.
• Maintain litigation registers, coordinate with external counsel, review pleadings and ensure case files are complete and up‑to‑date.
• Support compliance activities, respond to regulatory requests and perform sample reviews as needed.
• Assist in preparing legal training materials and internal guidance, and share knowledge within the team.
• Offer administrative assistance to the Head of Department, including meeting coordination and document preparation.

Required profile

• Law degree from a recognised institution.
• Minimum two years of experience in a legal or paralegal capacity.
• Strong grounding in legal concepts, court procedures and legal research.
• Excellent drafting, analytical and communication skills.
• High attention to detail, organisational ability and discretion.
