Payroll Administrator

About the role

PwC is looking for a Payroll Administrator to join its Tax Workforce team. The role develops skills in payroll administration and contributes to high-quality payroll services for clients. You will support the payroll team in processing payroll data, preparing payroll documentation and ensuring compliance with internal procedures and statutory requirements, while helping handle payroll-related queries.

• Ensure timely and smooth delivery of payroll processing according to the current service delivery model for clients.
• Propose innovative solutions to improve payroll quality.
• Stay up to date with developments in your area of specialism.
• Build strong working relationships with clients, colleagues and other stakeholders.
• Give and receive feedback openly and professionally, and seek opportunities to learn how PwC works as a global network of firms.
• Uphold the firm's code of ethics and business conduct.

Required profile

• HSC school leavers with good A-levels.
• One year of experience in a similar field is an advantage.
• Strong organisational and time management skills, attention to detail and good numerical and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team, with a professional, discreet and confidential approach to sensitive employee information.

Required skills

• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• SAGE VIP experience is an advantage.
