People Administrator

About the role

The People Administrator will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Country Head of People & Culture and the wider People & Culture team at Rank Interactive. This role is central to ensuring smooth HR operations, from onboarding to off‑boarding, and will help maintain a high‑performing, inclusive workplace.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and dispatch all employee lifecycle correspondence, monitor probation periods and manage related documentation.
• Handle leaver paperwork, mortgage, loan and reference requests, and maintain up‑to‑date HR files.
• Coordinate learning and development programmes, including venue booking, catering, material preparation and attendance tracking.
• Maintain the Learning Management System with training records and support HRDC levy submissions.
• Administer private medical cover, enrol new joiners on the biometric system, and record sickness absence.
• Process invoices and cheques for the People & Culture team and assist with employee engagement events.
• Support the Talent Team with career fair organisation and other ad‑hoc duties as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices and labour law.
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities and a solution‑driven mindset.
• Effective communication skills across all organisational levels.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience using mail‑merge or mass‑communication tools.
