People Operations Specialist
International SOS · Moka
Job description
About the role
The People Operations Specialist serves as the regional hub for HR process engineering, project management, and data analytics across the MSI zone. Acting as the operational engine, the role coordinates corporate project flows, centralises analytics, and ensures audit readiness while managing the technical, logistical, and compliance phases of the regional recruitment funnel.
Key responsibilities
- Translate global project mandates into realistic regional rollout plans, create retro‑plannings and track milestones across all MEA countries.
- Document, version‑control and regularly review regional HR policies, procedures and guidelines to meet governance, audit and compliance standards.
- Own end‑to‑end talent pipeline logistics: gather vacancy requirements, drive initial sourcing, and enforce rigorous background‑check protocols (diplomas, certifications, references, compensation expectations).
- Deploy and manage remote assessment platforms, coordinate complex scheduling matrices, and support final business arbitration.
- Maintain the regional mobility matrix, tracking visas, passports and language competencies.
- Coordinate rotation schedules, cross‑border mobilisations and field handovers to ensure zero operational downtime on remote sites.
- Guarantee that only fully vetted profiles reach the qualitative HR interview, removing administrative and logistical burdens from the team.
Required profile
- 3–5 years of professional experience in corporate finance, data analytics, HR operations or business PMO roles.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Analytics, Project Management or a related field.
- Full professional proficiency in English and French (written and spoken); Arabic or Portuguese is a strong asset.
Required skills
- Advanced process‑engineering and PMO‑style project management skills for HR operations.
- Expert proficiency in Excel (macros, complex formulas).
- Hands‑on experience with HRIS platforms, specifically SuccessFactors.
- Working knowledge of Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S) monitoring and data‑tracking frameworks.
