Pharmacy Dispenser

About the role

The Pharmacy Dispenser will work full‑time on‑site at our Quatre Bornes warehouse, supporting the pharmacy team in accurate medication dispensing and order preparation. The role involves handling prescriptions, assisting with compounding, labeling, packaging, and maintaining inventory while delivering courteous service to clients and healthcare professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Read and process prescriptions, ensuring correct dosage, contraindications and regulatory compliance.
• Assist pharmacists and pharmacy technicians with medication compounding under supervision.
• Label, package and prepare medication orders for distribution.
• Maintain stock levels, conduct inventory checks and update records accurately.
• Provide clear, courteous customer service to clients and healthcare providers.
• Use pharmacy software and basic computer applications to record dispensing activities.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations and medication handling, gained through practical experience.
• Experience collaborating with pharmacists and pharmacy technicians in a safe dispensing environment.
• Excellent attention to detail in documentation, labeling and inventory control.
• Reliable, organized and able to work independently while following established procedures.
