Print Production Project Manager – Commercial Administration

About the role

Collide, part of the Propelis Group, is looking for a Print Production Project Manager with a focus on commercial administration. You will oversee externally sourced and mixed‑production projects from quotation to delivery, ensuring quality, cost control and client satisfaction across print, merchandise, packaging, signage and more.

Key responsibilities

• Manage external and mixed production projects from quotation through delivery and financial closure.
• Source suppliers, collect competitive quotes and prepare detailed comparisons for approval.
• Coordinate production schedules, logistics, pre‑production approvals, delivery requirements and quality checks.
• Act as the operational contact for clients, escalating strategic matters when needed.
• Prepare cost estimates and client quotations using supplier data, supporting internal pricing validation.
• Coordinate purchase orders, billing requests, invoice queries and payment follow‑up with the finance team.
• Maintain accurate supplier, project and commercial‑administration records for traceability and compliance.
• Identify and escalate supplier, cost, quality or delivery risks.

Required profile

• Strong experience in external production, supplier project‑management or print‑production across multiple categories.
• Proven ability to source, coordinate and manage supplier performance.
• Good understanding of procurement controls and commercial administration.
• Excellent client communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• High attention to detail in quotations, purchase orders, billing and revenue tracking.
• Cost‑conscious mindset with focus on margin protection.
• Professional proficiency in French.
