Process Analyst

About the role

The Process Analyst will shape and enhance ASR's operating model by analysing work across the organisation and identifying improvement opportunities. You will capture current‑state processes, design future‑state models, and support business change implementation to align with strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Capture, document and maintain business processes, operating procedures, controls and workflows, ensuring they are accurate and up‑to‑date.
• Analyse current‑state processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, risks and opportunities for simplification and continuous improvement.
• Design future‑state processes and operating model enhancements that support scalability and sustainable growth.
• Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews and working sessions to gather requirements and validate proposed solutions.
• Produce and maintain artefacts such as process maps, RACI matrices, business requirements and impact assessments.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Business Analysts and Change Managers to embed process considerations throughout the change lifecycle.

Required profile

• Essential: experience in process analysis, business analysis or operational improvement; strong process‑mapping and documentation skills; proven ability to deliver efficiencies; excellent analytical and stakeholder‑engagement abilities.
• Desirable: background in insurance, reinsurance or financial services; knowledge of Lean, Continuous Improvement or BPM methodologies; relevant certifications such as Lean Six Sigma or BCS Business Analysis.
