About the role
CIRCUS! is seeking a dynamic Producer to turn ambitious creative concepts into finished productions. You will act as the central hub connecting clients, creatives, directors, crew, budgets and schedules, ensuring every project moves smoothly from idea to delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Lead productions from brief through to final delivery, overseeing all phases.
- Organise shoots, secure locations, coordinate talent and crew.
- Develop and manage detailed schedules and budgets.
- Maintain composure on set, troubleshooting issues in real time.
- Guide post‑production processes, from editing to final hand‑off.
Required profile
- Exceptionally organised with a proactive problem‑solving mindset.
- Comfortable working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
- Enjoys collaborative environments and values teamwork.
