Product Manager – Transaction Banking

About the role

The Transaction Banking Product Manager will lead the performance and profitability of cash‑management and related transactional products. You will shape the product offering, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive revenue growth while delivering a superior client experience.

Key responsibilities

• Drive product performance, profitability and pricing within defined risk and regulatory parameters.
• Analyse client, transactional and financial data to inform pricing, revenue forecasts and market‑share strategies.
• Coordinate the end‑to‑end product value chain, collaborating with IT, Operations and Product Enablement to implement improvements and innovations.
• Develop and execute a 12‑18‑month product roadmap aligned with country strategic objectives.
• Manage product P&L, forecasting, budgeting and profitability standards.
• Implement risk frameworks, governance and audit actions to meet regulatory and operational requirements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing transactional banking products or cash‑management services.
• Strong analytical capability to interpret client and financial data for pricing and revenue decisions.
• Deep understanding of regulatory requirements and risk management in banking.
• Ability to influence cross‑functional teams including IT, Operations and compliance.
