Product Marketing Manager – Industrial Engineering & Manufacturing Software

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Product Marketing Manager to drive growth across our portfolio of industrial engineering and manufacturing software solutions. You will translate complex technical capabilities into compelling, customer‑focused messaging and connect product strategy with effective campaigns, sales enablement, and go‑to‑market activities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop product positioning, value propositions, messaging frameworks and competitive differentiation.
• Create and maintain marketing and sales enablement materials such as presentations, solution briefs, battle cards and digital content.
• Support product launches, portfolio updates and go‑to‑market initiatives.
• Plan and coordinate integrated marketing campaigns with regional and digital teams.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimise activities using data‑driven insights.
• Lead cross‑functional marketing projects, managing timelines, priorities, deliverables and stakeholder alignment.

Required profile

• 5+ years of product marketing experience, preferably in B2B software, industrial manufacturing or engineering technology.
• Proven ability to create product positioning, content, sales enablement and run marketing campaigns.
• Strong project management skills with experience coordinating complex initiatives across multiple teams.
• Excellent communication and writing skills, able to simplify technical concepts for varied audiences.
• Proactive, organised and results‑oriented mindset, capable of working independently in an international environment.

Required skills

• Generative AI tools such as ChatGPT or Copilot for content creation and workflow optimisation.
• Project‑management and collaboration platforms, e.g., Miro or Mural.
