Program & Project Management Analyst – Manufacturing & Quality

About the role

Accenture is seeking a Program & Project Management Analyst to support manufacturing and quality initiatives for a leading aircraft manufacturer. You will join an international, multi‑functional team and work on tasks ranging from tool configuration to project governance and data analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct intensive project follow‑up, including progress tracking, milestone planning, and risk reporting.
• Serve as a liaison between Accenture leadership and client stakeholders to ensure alignment.
• Coordinate cross‑functional activities across teams in France, Germany and Mauritius.
• Support tool configuration, data analysis and reporting for manufacturing and quality projects.

Required profile

• Degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering; or in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Informatics; or in Project Management, Supply Chain, Quality Management.
• Professional fluency in English and French (written and verbal).
• Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and maintain high attention to detail.
• Willingness to work a morning shift (8:00‑17:00) or CET shift (10:30‑19:00 / 11:30‑20:00).

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Sheets, Slides).
• Experience with SQL, Python, VBA, AppScript or TypeScript for automation.
• Familiarity with Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI, QlikSense or Looker Studio.
• Knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP, or MS Access for database management.
