Project Analyst

About the role

The Project Analyst supports planning, coordination and delivery of print production projects across multiple markets, ensuring timelines, resources and deliverables stay aligned for clients, creative teams and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze media plans to identify key delivery dates, air dates and production milestones.
• Coordinate project timelines, renegotiate deadlines when required and update media plans.
• Maintain project folders and documentation in the FileMaker system.
• Monitor deadlines, track progress and provide status updates to project managers.
• Oversee on‑time delivery to external platforms, ensuring quality and format compliance.
• Identify risks or timeline conflicts early and escalate to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Ability to read, interpret and adjust media plans.
• Understanding of print production workflows and delivery processes.
• Strong organisational, time‑management and attention‑to‑detail skills.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset with good analytical abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in French and English.
