Project Coordinator (Client Delivery)

About the role

You will own a portfolio of SME client projects from planning to live publication. Acting as the daily point of contact, you ensure every promised deliverable is created, approved, and posted on time while keeping clients informed throughout the process.

Key responsibilities

• Build next month’s content plan for each client in the internal Content Studio, defining objectives, posts, hooks, captions and publishing times.
• Create visual assets using the studio’s designers for larger pieces and Canva for one‑offs, maintaining brand consistency.
• Write and edit captions in English, French and Kreol, matching each client’s voice.
• Present plans to clients, incorporate feedback, chase approvals and close plans on schedule.
• Coordinate video production: schedule shoots, follow scripts, review edits and deliver final videos.
• Publish content on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn in the correct format and quality.
• Maintain daily communication windows with clients and monitor comments twice a week, flagging items that need attention.
• Route specific queries to the appropriate team members (ads to Campaign Manager, video issues to production).
• Update the project board daily by 17:00 with status, posting dates and links.
• Alert stakeholders early in writing when a deadline is at risk.

Required profile

• Highly organized with a natural habit of using lists, dates and follow‑ups.
• Polite persistence – able to chase answers while keeping relationships warm.
• Clear, warm writing ability in English, French and Kreol.
• Comfortable navigating Facebook, Instagram and TikTok; quick learner of new tools.
• Eye for a clean, cohesive feed; Canva experience a plus.
• Calm under pressure, reliable and honest about delays.
• Experience in project coordination, customer service, call‑centre, events, admin or social media is a strong advantage.
