Project Manager – Cybersecurity Rating

About the role

Join Orange Business as a Project Manager for the Cybersecurity Rating team. You will define, implement, and oversee operational procedures for the Cyberrating Skills Center, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver internal security services and improve the organization’s security posture.

Key responsibilities

• Lead operational procedures, including workflows, operational and technical instructions for the Skills Center.
• Coordinate activities such as customer cyber rating follow‑up, support for Orange cyber rating tools, vulnerability management, and data analysis.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and ensure an accurate customer inventory in the Enterprise Data Hub.
• Define and monitor KPIs with stakeholders to ensure service quality and efficiency.
• Communicate with stakeholders, manage reporting, and support continuous improvement of processes and tools.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (Bac +5) in Cybersecurity, Information Security, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in cybersecurity, network security, or related roles with proven project management experience.
• Certifications: CCNA and/or CCNP.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, able to work in multicultural, international environments.
