About the role
Precious Plastic, an NGO focused on plastic recycling and community empowerment, is looking for a Project Manager to lead and coordinate its initiatives. The successful candidate will plan, execute, and monitor projects while ensuring they stay within budget, timeline, and scope.
Key responsibilities
- Define and set realistic project timelines.
- Monitor project deliverables and ensure milestones are met.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders, clients, and team members.
- Coach, support, and assign tasks to project team members.
- Identify risks and implement corrective actions as needed.
Required profile
- Proven experience in project management, preferably within NGOs or similar environments.
- Strong verbal, written, and organizational communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and external partners.
