Project Manager

About the role

ICPS is looking for a Project Manager to work in a constantly evolving environment and ensure that implemented solutions align with ICPS strategy. You will drive, implement projects and manage activities, teams and stakeholder relationships so that configuration, integration and testing of solutions comply with contractual SLAs.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to the preliminary study, help turn customer needs into concrete solutions within implementation constraints, anticipate gaps and propose developments.
• Set up scoping and detailed studies, define project stages, calculate assumptions and set up a provisional budget.
• Evaluate risks, detect bottlenecks and foresee alternatives.
• Coordinate activities, validate each phase, draft documentation and specifications, and define stakeholder roles and responsibilities.
• Monitor resource use, alert on risks and propose action plans to deliver solutions.
• Organise meetings and validation committees, write reports, present key indicators and prepare the end-of-project report.
• Develop the project plan, respect quality commitments, costs, objectives and deadlines, and hand the project over to the support team.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Certification in Project Management (PMP, Agile PM, etc.).
• At least 5-10 years of project management experience.
• Experience managing people and delivering projects to external customers.
• Knowledge of project management techniques, methods and continuous improvement.
• Analytical, problem-solving and interpersonal skills.

Required skills

• DevOps and Agile principles.
• PL/SQL, UNIX, C, C++, Java, HTML, Jasper, Shell, Unix & flex.
• Card management systems (PowerCARD) or payment schemes are an advantage.
