Project Manager – Video & Film Adaptation

About the role

The Project Manager will lead end‑to‑end video and film adaptation projects for global brands, ensuring high‑quality delivery within budget and schedule. You will act as the main liaison between clients and internal teams, coordinating all post‑production activities across multiple time zones.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, translating briefs into actionable plans.
• Manage film and video adaptation requests, assess resources, and produce cost estimates.
• Organise and lead the full post‑production process with Traffic, Sound, Motion Design, and Finance departments.
• Liaise with external partners for casting, recording sessions, and broadcasting schedules.
• Define project scopes, prepare proposals, and oversee purchase orders, tracking, and billing.
• Monitor progress, lead production meetings, and provide regular stakeholder updates.
• Enforce quality‑control standards and manage asset versioning and archiving.
• Handle client feedback, documentation, and change requests.
• Advise on post‑production optimisations to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Conduct post‑project evaluations to capture insights.

Required profile

• Proven experience coordinating video production in a fast‑paced, international environment, preferably within a creative or advertising agency.
• Strong organisational and stakeholder‑management abilities across multiple time zones.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and comfort handling complex projects.
• Ability to translate client briefs into clear project scopes and deliverables.
