Project Specialist – Home & Office Furnishing

About the role

The Project Specialist will act as the main point of contact for customers who are planning customized furnishing and interior design projects. Working from the Belle Rose showroom and the Quatre Bornes office, you will guide clients from the first inquiry through design, ordering, delivery and installation.

Key responsibilities

• Meet clients in the showroom, capture their requirements and translate them into detailed project plans.
• Coordinate with the design team to produce and review 3D visualisations and ensure feasibility.
• Track orders, manage material supplies and liaise with external suppliers to keep projects on schedule.
• Monitor budgets, timelines and quality standards, updating documentation throughout each project.
• Resolve customer issues promptly and support sales initiatives to drive repeat business.

Required profile

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Analytical ability to interpret project requirements and monitor budgets.
• Customer‑service orientation with a focus on relationship building.
• Project‑management mindset capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
• Sales acumen to identify opportunities and promote relevant products.
• Experience in interior design, construction, furniture or home‑improvement sectors is an advantage.
• Diploma or degree in Business, Project Management, Interior Design or related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Required skills

• Proficiency with basic office software, especially spreadsheets.
