Projects & Commercial Analyst

About the role

The Projects & Commercial Analyst will support the Projects & Commercial Analysis function by consolidating and structuring sales data across major projects. The role ensures accurate, timely reporting that enables monthly performance tracking, informed decision‑making and visibility of key pipelines.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and consolidate data from Salesforce, Power BI, regional inputs and tracking sheets.
• Validate accuracy, completeness and consistency of monthly reporting datasets.
• Maintain centralised tracking files, reporting templates and Power BI dashboards.
• Refresh datasets, verify outputs and assist in building simple visualisations.
• Prepare reporting tables, summaries and support Monthly Business Reviews.
• Proactively follow up with stakeholders to resolve missing or inconsistent data.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in data analysis, reporting or business support.
• Experience handling data consolidation or regular reporting cycles.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large, unstructured datasets.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel skills (data cleaning, structuring, formulas).
• Basic to intermediate Power BI (data refresh, maintenance, simple visual creation).
• Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce (advantage).
