Quality Assurance Manager

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Quality Assurance Manager to lead our quality and continuous improvement initiatives at Washright Services Ltd. You will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of service excellence across our laundry and dry‑cleaning operations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain the company’s Quality Management System (QMS).
• Ensure compliance with company standards, health & safety, environmental, customer and regulatory requirements.
• Plan and conduct routine quality checks, internal audits and monitor corrective and preventive actions.
• Drive continuous improvement projects to boost operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor quality performance indicators and prepare management reports.
• Investigate customer complaints and non‑conformities, identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Promote a culture of quality, safety and operational excellence throughout the organisation.
• Coordinate quality‑related training, SOPs and awareness programmes for employees.
• Collaborate with operational teams to maintain high standards in laundry and dry‑cleaning processes.
• Support sustainability and environmental initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Operations Management or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a quality assurance or quality management role, preferably in manufacturing, hospitality, laundry or service industries.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
• Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented and committed to continuous improvement.
