Quality Assurance Manager – Resort Operations

About the role

Sunlife is seeking a proactive Quality Assurance Manager to lead QA initiatives at its iconic Ile Aux Cerfs resort. You will be responsible for embedding robust quality systems that ensure exceptional service standards across all guest touchpoints.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement innovative Quality Assurance processes to drive operational excellence.
• Develop preventive defect measures to maintain consistent service quality.
• Own, monitor, and report quality performance metrics (KPIs).
• Conduct regular quality audits and champion continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable legal, regulatory, data protection, and risk management standards.

Required profile

• Graduate with thorough knowledge of Quality Assurance Management, including Food Safety, Environmental standards, ISO 22000, Earth Check, and Travel Life.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Quality Assurance role within the hotel or service sector.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and confident presentation abilities.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multi‑task.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially PowerPoint and Visio.
