Quality Assurance Officer

About the role

The Quality Assurance Officer will work closely with the Quality Assurance Manager to support and maintain the resort’s Quality Management System. This position ensures that all departments meet Constance’s standards for quality, guest satisfaction, and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining the resort’s Quality Management System (QMS).
• Conduct regular internal audits and inspections to verify compliance with Constance Minimum standards.
• Monitor guest satisfaction metrics via the ReviewPro Guest Intelligence Platform and internal messaging, responding to comments, reviews, and complaints.
• Collect, analyse, and report on quality performance data and audit findings.
• Support the creation and delivery of quality‑related training programs for staff.
• Collaborate with department heads to launch continuous‑improvement initiatives and track their effectiveness.
• Maintain accurate records of all quality activities, audits, and training, ensuring SOPs are up‑to‑date and compliant with internal and regulatory requirements.
