Quality Assurance Officer

About the role

The Quality Assurance Officer will support the Quality Assurance Manager in implementing and maintaining the resort’s quality management systems, ensuring all departments meet Constance Minimum standards and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Quality Assurance Manager in developing, implementing and maintaining the resort’s Quality Management System.
• Conduct regular internal audits and inspections to ensure departmental compliance with Constance Minimum standards.
• Monitor guest satisfaction through ReviewPro, respond to comments and work with teams to resolve quality issues.
• Collect, analyse and report quality performance data and audit findings.
• Support training programmes and prepare documentation for quality training.
• Collaborate with department heads on continuous improvement initiatives and best practices.
• Maintain accurate records of quality activities, audits and training, and ensure SOPs are up‑to‑date.
• Act as liaison between the Quality Assurance Manager and other departments, communicating standards and achievements.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Hospitality Management or a related field.
• 2‑3 years of experience in a quality role, preferably within hospitality.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Fluent in English; French or other languages a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with ReviewPro Guest Intelligence Platform.
