Relationship Manager – Intermediaries & Partners

About the role

The Global and International Corporates (GIC) Business Unit of MCB is seeking a dynamic Relationship Manager to lead and grow a portfolio of Intermediaries, Partners, Funds and large corporate clients. You will act as the primary point of contact, delivering tailored banking solutions and ensuring an exceptional client experience.

Key responsibilities

• Establish, nurture and expand relationships with existing and prospective clients, intermediaries and partners.
• Lead client acquisition initiatives and drive portfolio growth and revenue.
• Represent the bank at networking events and public forums to generate business opportunities.
• Collaborate with product and structuring teams to design optimal solutions based on client needs.
• Utilise analytics to identify opportunities, propose targeted solutions and enhance service quality.
• Coordinate issue resolution and ensure stakeholder satisfaction to close deals.
