Remote PhD Supervisor (Contract)

About the role

This remote, contract position involves mentoring doctoral candidates throughout their research journey. You will guide students in developing robust research proposals, planning their studies, and maintaining academic standards.

Key responsibilities

• Review and provide feedback on research proposals and drafts.
• Assist candidates with research design, methodology selection, and data analysis planning.
• Support the development of critical thinking, academic writing, and presentation skills.
• Ensure compliance with higher‑education guidelines and academic integrity policies.
• Maintain regular virtual communication with supervisees and coordinate with institutional committees as needed.

Required profile

• Strong academic background with a PhD or equivalent experience in a relevant discipline.
• Demonstrated expertise in research methodologies and scholarly writing.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
• Comfortable working remotely and using digital collaboration tools.
