Residential Intern

About the role

The Residential Intern will support the Residences team with daily administrative and operational tasks, gaining exposure to luxury residential operations and guest experience management at Four Seasons Mauritius.

Key responsibilities

• Assist supervisors and team members with day‑to‑day operational requirements.
• Provide administrative support such as filing, document management, and record keeping.
• Coordinate with Concierge, Housekeeping, Engineering, Security and other departments to ensure residences are prepared and well maintained.
• Help monitor residence readiness, report maintenance issues, and support vendor/contractor visits.
• Maintain accurate residential records, inventories, checklists and homeowner profiles in designated systems.
• Participate in training sessions, departmental briefings and meetings to build operational knowledge.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration or a related field.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English; French is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, professional appearance and a positive attitude.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle information discreetly.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
