About the role

Four Seasons’ luxury resort in Mauritius is seeking a dedicated Server to join its food and beverage team. The role involves delivering exceptional dining experiences to guests in a high‑end, resort setting, ensuring every interaction reflects the brand’s commitment to service excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly, escort them to tables, and present menus with confidence.
• Provide detailed recommendations on dishes and beverages, handling special requests, dietary restrictions, and allergies accurately.
• Take food and beverage orders, serve according to hotel standards, and maintain clear communication with kitchen and bar teams.
• Check on guests throughout the meal to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.
• Set up dining areas, arrange table settings, glassware, cutlery and décor, and keep the service area clean and organized.
• Process bills, handle payments, and ensure accurate billing.
• Follow all hygiene, safety and sanitation guidelines, including HACCP standards.
