Restaurant Server – Luxury Resort

About the role

Join Four Seasons Mauritius as a Server, delivering exceptional dining experiences to guests at our luxury resort. You will be the face of our food and beverage service, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and well cared for throughout their meal.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly, escort them to their tables, and present menus with confidence.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen and bar teams.
• Serve dishes and drinks following Four Seasons standards, including proper sequencing, plating, and wine service.
• Anticipate guest needs, handle special requests, dietary restrictions, and allergies with precision.
• Maintain clean and well‑set dining areas, including table settings, glassware, cutlery, and décor.
• Process bills, handle payments, and ensure accurate billing.
• Adhere to hygiene, safety, and sanitation guidelines, including HACCP standards.

Required profile

• Excellent interpersonal skills with a genuine hospitality mindset.
• Ability to work collaboratively with kitchen, bar, and front‑of‑house teams.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to guest satisfaction.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Required skills
