Retail Brand Coordinator

About the role

The Retail Brand Coordinator will work on‑site in Pamplemousses to ensure that brand strategies are consistently executed across Beauty Success stores. You will act as the bridge between marketing, procurement, and store teams, driving in‑store brand activation, visual merchandising and promotional campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate in‑store brand activation, visual merchandising and promotional activities in line with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with marketing, procurement and store teams to plan and roll out brand initiatives.
• Track stock levels and merchandising materials, preparing regular brand performance reports.
• Assist with events, product launches and other brand‑related activities.
• Gather feedback from customers and retail staff to continuously improve brand experience.
• Maintain effective communication with internal stakeholders, suppliers and brand partners.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally.
• Analytical mindset to interpret sales data and campaign performance.
• Knowledge of brand strategy and retail branding.
• Experience in brand management, retail coordination, merchandising or marketing (preferred).
• Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, Communication or a related field.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Basic reporting tools.
