Retail Sales Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Retail Sales Supervisor to lead the daily operations of our flagship store at Bagatelle Mall, Mauritius. The successful candidate will manage a team of sales associates, drive sales performance and ensure an exceptional customer experience that reflects the luxury and sustainability values of MYSA Maison.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day store activities, including opening and closing procedures.
• Lead, coach and schedule a team of sales associates to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Monitor inventory levels, conduct stock checks and coordinate replenishment.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards that showcase premium bed linen, bathware and homeware.
• Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues to ensure high satisfaction.
• Prepare sales reports and analyse performance metrics.

Required profile

• Proven experience in retail sales with a track record of achieving targets.
• Strong supervisory abilities, including team management and operational leadership.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with staff and customers.
• Flexibility to work mall hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Fluency in English; French is a plus.
