About the role
The Retail Sales Trainee will be responsible for driving fuel, lubricants and non‑fuel revenue across assigned sites in the geographical area. This 1‑year temporary position focuses on maintaining high service standards and achieving sales targets.
Key responsibilities
- Manage site operating standards and ensure compliance with Shell Customer Commitment.
- Maximise sales of fuels, lubricants, LPG, Shell card and NFR offers.
- Drive customer loyalty and monitor key retail economic levers.
- Deliver sales and operations targets through regular reviews and action plans.
- Maintain HSSE standards, contracts and manuals, and ensure integrity of VE assets.
Required profile
- A degree in Engineering or Sales & Marketing.
- Ability to analyse trade‑area information and propose business solutions.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Valid driver’s licence.
