Revenue Assistant Manager

About the role

The Revenue Assistant Manager will support HPS Group’s agency by consolidating project performance data, ensuring accurate revenue tracking, and driving forecasting, invoicing and payment follow‑up. The role also contributes to budgeting, reporting and risk management across the project portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, consolidate and report monthly progress for all projects.
• Track revenue, remaining work and overall project performance.
• Support invoicing processes and ensure timely payment follow‑up.
• Assist Project Managers with work‑breakdown‑structure (WBS) planning and governance implementation.
• Define costing assumptions, prepare project budgets and identify portfolio risks.
• Prepare the agency’s annual budget and consolidate sales forecasts and pipelines.
• Estimate workload (man‑days) and revenue targets for ongoing and upcoming projects.
• Monitor and update project budgets, resource allocation and produce management dashboards.
• Validate timesheets, resource consumption and external freelancer invoicing.
• Report project progress and financials to Finance and recommend mitigation actions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Finance, IT or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in project finance, budgeting or revenue management.
• Strong communication, teamwork, organization and analytical problem‑solving skills.

Required skills

• Project management methodologies (PMP preferred).
• Budgeting, forecasting and financial tracking.
• Dashboard creation and reporting tools.
• Familiarity with payment systems (Monetics is a plus).
• Project management and reporting techniques.
