About the role
As a Risk & Reporting Executive at MCB Leasing, you will help develop and implement risk management frameworks, coordinate risk reporting, and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Contribute to the development and implementation of operational risk management and incident reporting frameworks.
- Track risk parameters, identify deviations, and prepare reports for management and regulatory bodies.
- Develop and maintain risk policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Support the Risk Manager in establishing a Business Continuity Management framework.
- Perform financial risk management, collateral valuation, provisioning, and expected credit loss calculations.
- Conduct stress testing on the portfolio and provide recommendations.
Required profile
- Degree or Diploma in Risk, Finance, Accounting, or Banking.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in risk management.
- Strong knowledge of risk management practices.
- Ability to analyze complex information and produce clear reports.
Required skills
- Strong writing and reporting abilities.
