Sales and Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales and Marketing Specialist to join Knickel Co Ltd in the Plaines Wilhems District. You will drive new business and nurture existing client relationships across our industrial and infrastructure product range.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, qualify and pursue new business opportunities in construction, utilities, manufacturing and related sectors.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, negotiate terms and close deals.
• Plan, execute and monitor marketing campaigns, both digital and offline, and create promotional materials.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis and report on sales performance and trends.
• Collaborate with product, engineering and operations teams to align sales strategies with operational capabilities.
• Participate in product training sessions and support internal teams.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and customer‑service abilities.
• Proven experience in sales management and business development.
• Background in marketing or related fields, with a focus on industrial or infrastructure markets considered an advantage.
• Comfortable using CRM systems and performing basic data analysis.
• Ability to work on‑site in Plaines Wilhems District and manage multiple priorities.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing, Business or equivalent practical experience.
