Sales Coordinator

About the role

Reneworld, a leading solar energy company in Mauritius with 15 years of experience and part of the Eclosia Group, is seeking a highly organised and proactive Sales Coordinator. You will support the sales team, ensure a seamless customer journey, and help deliver an exceptional client experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage leads and track their progress.
• Coordinate schedules and appointments for the sales team.
• Maintain all client documentation and handle regulatory submissions.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout their project journey.
• Support the sales team in achieving objectives and delivering outstanding customer service.

Required profile

• Organised, detail‑oriented and proactive.
• Strong communicator with both clients and colleagues.
• Experience in sales support, coordination or client administration preferred.
• Proactive attitude with a strong sense of ownership.
