Sales Manager - Global Business Leads

About the role

Peach Payments is looking for a proactive, results-driven Sales Manager to join its Enterprise Sales team in Mauritius. The role suits a proven sales leader who thrives in a high-growth environment and can handle ambiguity. You will build strong relationships with management companies to secure global business leads, acquire medium to large-scale enterprises and ensure their success, while being accountable for lead generation, forecast management and deal closing.

Key responsibilities

• Own the outcome: be accountable for ambitious targets in merchant acquisition and net revenue.
• Work directly with merchants to solve their payment challenges and support them from lead generation through to account management.
• Build and nurture strategic relationships with key management companies to identify, target and secure global business leads.
• Lead the growth of your segment pipeline according to targets and forecasting requirements.
• Build and maintain enduring customer relationships personally, up to the C-level.
• Work cross-functionally to help shape the company's products and solutions to meet customer needs.
• Take part in key industry events to raise market awareness and strengthen the brand's presence.

Required profile

• Proven track record in closing enterprise merchants; 3+ years of experience working with global businesses.
• Ability to find new merchants, generate leads, manage pipelines and close deals.
• Ability to build strategic executive relationships with customers and industry thought leaders.
• Passion for scaling new technology businesses.
• Experience in payments or e-commerce is highly preferable.
• A valid driving licence in Mauritius is mandatory.
