Sales Support

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Sales Support professional to help our global logistics business connect people worldwide. In this role you will assist sales teams, manage contracts and quotations, and ensure smooth order processing to enhance customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Execute sales administration and support plans to assist sales teams and process sales transactions.
• Support the preparation, administration, and planning of sales contracts according to specifications.
• Gather customer data, qualify leads, and prepare quotations and contracts.
• Prepare commercial documents such as sales contracts and maintenance agreements.
• Handle queries on stock, shipments, shortages, delivery dates, and price changes.
• Follow up on orders, resolve complex issues, and interact with sales teams.
• Collect feedback from post‑implementation reviews and report on complaints, delivery problems, and customer satisfaction.
• Update price tables, calculate premiums and commissions, and generate efficiency reports.
• Provide functional advice or training to less‑experienced colleagues.
• Support project implementation, system deployment, and process improvement.
• Manage end‑to‑end processing of US Embassy passport shipments, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Receive, process, and track quotation requests, coordinating with pricing for special rates.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple administrative tasks.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers and internal teams.
• Experience in sales administration, contract preparation, and quotation management.
• Ability to analyse feedback, prepare reports, and support continuous improvement.
• Organisational skills to handle documentation, records, and stakeholder updates.
