Salesforce Technical Lead

About the role

Magellan is seeking a seasoned Salesforce Technical Lead to design, build, and oversee robust Salesforce solutions for its clients. You will work closely with business teams to translate strategic visions into scalable technical architectures.

Key responsibilities

• Design robust and scalable Salesforce architectures in collaboration with business stakeholders.
• Optimize system performance and enforce best‑practice standards.
• Supervise API integrations (REST, SOAP) and MuleSoft implementations.
• Define and implement CI/CD deployment pipelines.
• Manage data migration, recovery processes, and ensure data integrity.
• Monitor delivery quality, timelines, and overall technical consistency.
• Mentor development teams, fostering skill growth and knowledge sharing.
• Identify risks, propose optimisations, and maintain architectural coherence.

Required profile

• Master’s degree from a business or engineering school.
• Extensive Salesforce experience covering Apex, Lightning Web Components, API integrations, deployments, and data migration.
• Commitment to obtaining at least two Salesforce certifications per year.
• Strong leadership abilities and proactive risk management.
• Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
