Senior Analyst, Revenue & Billing Operations

About the role

Checkout.com is seeking a Senior Analyst to join its Revenue and Billing Team within Finance. The role supports core operational activities across billing, accounts receivable, collections, dunning, reconciliations, and cash application, ensuring accurate financial reporting and strong stakeholder relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day finance operations across Billing, Accounts Receivable, Collections, Dunning, and Reconciliations.
• Monitor customer accounts to ensure timely invoicing, payment follow‑up, and collection activities.
• Manage dunning and collection processes, including customer communication, escalation handling, and payment tracking.
• Analyse and reconcile financial data from multiple systems to identify discrepancies and control gaps.
• Collaborate with Billing, Revenue, Product Control, Treasury, and other Finance teams to resolve operational issues.
• Maintain accurate balance‑sheet reconciliations and financial records.
• Support cash allocation, dispute management, and investigations of unapplied cash.
• Continuously improve data integrity, controls, reporting accuracy, and operational efficiency.
• Contribute to process optimisation, automation initiatives, and operational improvement projects.
• Leverage AI tools and digital solutions to enhance productivity, reporting, analysis, and workflow efficiency.
