Senior Art Director

About the role

We are seeking a talented Senior Art Director to shape the visual direction of digital campaigns and brand experiences for global clients. The role blends strategic storytelling with hands‑on creative leadership across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Lead visual concepts for integrated marketing campaigns spanning digital, social, display, video and emerging media.
• Develop creative ideas that meet client objectives while adhering to brand guidelines.
• Provide direction and mentorship to graphic designers and junior creatives.
• Ensure consistency and high quality across all deliverables.
• Collaborate with media, strategy, production and account teams.
• Present concepts to internal stakeholders and clients.
• Stay current with design trends, digital innovation and AI‑powered creative tools.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and quality standards.
• Review and approve final assets before delivery.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience as an Art Director or Senior Designer in an agency or fast‑paced marketing environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing branding, digital campaigns, social media and visual storytelling.
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Detail‑oriented with a proven ability to maintain brand consistency.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and After Effects.
• Strong knowledge of Figma for collaborative design and prototyping.
• Experience creating content for social media and digital advertising platforms.
• Motion design and video editing capabilities.
• Familiarity with AI‑assisted creative tools.
