Senior BI Analyst

About the role

The Senior BI Analyst will join Rank Group’s centralised Analytics department, supporting the Digital business. You will provide insight‑driven analysis for marketing, customer insights, safer gambling and commercial decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret and analyse daily, weekly and monthly dashboards to surface trends, opportunities and risks.
• Deliver deep‑dive performance analysis for CRM journeys across email, SMS and direct mail, guiding targeting, cadence and channel mix.
• Design and support test‑and‑control experiments for CRM campaigns, interpreting results to inform roll‑outs.
• Provide ROI measurement and independent success criteria for promotional activities.
• Build strong relationships with Marketing, CRM and Commercial stakeholders, presenting findings and shaping strategy.
• Champion a customer‑centric approach that balances commercial performance with player protection.
• Mentor junior analysts and conduct ad‑hoc analyses for various business units.

Required profile

• Graduate or postgraduate degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., STEM, Maths, Statistics, Physics) or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in business intelligence, analytics or data‑driven decision‑making, preferably within a commercial or marketing environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations.
