Senior Business Intelligence Developer

About the role

The Senior Business Intelligence Developer will design, develop and optimise Power BI solutions that drive sales analytics for a Medical Services business. Working closely with sales, commercial excellence, data and Salesforce teams, you will translate business needs into scalable, governed data models and high‑impact dashboards that support commercial performance, pipeline management and forecasting.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and datasets for sales performance and executive reporting.
• Build reusable semantic models, DAX measures and efficient Power Query transformations.
• Deliver ad‑hoc and standard analyses of sales, clients and market trends.
• Support commercial enablement initiatives with consistent KPIs across regions.
• Integrate, govern and ensure quality of Salesforce data within Power BI.
• Apply visualisation standards, performance optimisation and implement Row‑Level Security.
• Manage Power BI workspace governance and act as a technical advisor.
• Contribute to BI documentation and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Systems or related field.
• 2–4+ years of hands‑on experience delivering production Power BI solutions, including executive‑level reporting.
• Proven ability to work in an agile, matrixed environment and collaborate with cross‑cultural stakeholders.
