Senior Capability Development Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Capability Development Analyst to shape and deliver operational learning solutions across our global business. You will work closely with Learning & Development, Client Excellence and subject‑matter experts to build training curricula, assess impact and drive continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain operational training curricula, learning pathways, job aids and procedural documentation aligned with policies, regulatory requirements and business priorities.
• Partner with the Learning & Development team to create and sustain learning programmes on our existing learning platform.
• Collaborate with Client Excellence and SMEs to keep jurisdictional knowledge repositories up‑to‑date.
• Deliver classroom, virtual and on‑the‑job training for new hires and existing staff, following the Learning Academy Framework.
• Conduct post‑training assessments, evaluate effectiveness and recommend retraining, coaching or capability‑development actions.
• Analyse quality‑assurance findings, operational defects, compliance issues and customer escalations to identify root causes and recurring themes.
• Perform trend and Pareto analysis to uncover learning opportunities and operational risks, translating insights into targeted improvement initiatives.
• Facilitate weekly quality circles, knowledge‑sharing sessions and best‑practice forums, and provide one‑to‑one or team coaching.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing and delivering operational training programmes, preferably in a regulated financial‑services environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to conduct root‑cause analysis and translate data into actionable learning solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, able to work with cross‑functional teams and subject‑matter experts.
• Effective communication and presentation skills for classroom and virtual delivery.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) for programme creation and tracking.
