Senior Client Operations Analyst (L3)

About the role

The Client Ops Senior Analyst (L3) supports the financial and operational management of client portfolios within Publicis Global Delivery, ensuring smooth billing, reconciliation and administrative sales processes in a fast‑paced, international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform financial reconciliation between forecasted budgets and actual spend, monitor and resolve billing discrepancies, and ensure timely invoicing and collections.
• Support ADV (client) and ADA (media partner) processes, collect and validate data for invoice matching, and maintain up‑to‑date client account information.
• Coordinate with finance, trading, accounting and internal stakeholders, follow up on operational meetings, and ensure compliance with internal financial deadlines.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree (Bac+2/Bac+3) in Finance, Accounting or Management.
• 1–3 years of experience in billing, finance operations, ADV/ADA or related accounting roles.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset and ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of billing/invoicing, financial reconciliation and Order‑to‑Cash processes.
• Comfortable working with structured tools and internal platforms such as Media Manager.
