About the role
The Senior Compliance Officer will act as a trusted advisor within the second line of defence, ensuring the business operates in full compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Key responsibilities
- Provide expert compliance advice to the business and senior stakeholders, handling complex second‑line queries.
- Support and implement the Compliance Monitoring Programme, conduct reviews, analyse findings and report outcomes to management and the Group.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory and legal requirements while promoting strong compliance awareness across the organisation.
- Contribute to audits, regulatory interactions and internal training initiatives.
- Collaborate across teams to identify, assess and mitigate compliance risks, ensuring effective governance in a fast‑paced environment.
Required profile
- Senior‑level experience in compliance.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong advisory and stakeholder management skills.
