Senior Compliance Officer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Compliance Officer to join our second‑line compliance team within a global investor services group. In this role you will help implement compliance and risk frameworks, provide day‑to‑day advisory support and ensure alignment with regulatory requirements, local legislation and group policies.

Key responsibilities

• Implement local compliance requirements and translate group policies into effective local procedures.
• Lead day‑to‑day compliance activities, including advisory support, monitoring tasks and responding to business or regulatory queries.
• Provide clear guidance on regulatory changes, client onboarding and ongoing monitoring.
• Strengthen compliance awareness through training, collaboration and partnership with colleagues across Europe.
• Contribute to the execution and reporting of the Compliance Monitoring Plan and support the enhancement of compliance frameworks and documentation.

Required profile

• Passionate, connected compliance professional with a strong desire to excel.
• Experience in compliance within international environments.
• Holder of a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent).
