About the role

RAPP is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to provide analytical support across its marketing initiatives. You will explore data, identify key trends, and turn complex findings into clear stories that drive business decisions. The role works closely with data analysts, developers, marketing teams, and project managers to meet the company’s data needs.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, interpret, and analyze data from digital campaigns and other sources.
• Apply statistical and econometric techniques to large datasets to uncover trends and causal impacts.
• Develop and maintain data storage structures, data mining, and data cleansing processes.
• Produce regular reports and visualizations for stakeholders.
• Design and execute experiments, attribution models, and predictive forecasts.
• Support ad‑hoc data queries and provide actionable insights.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in data analysis, preferably within marketing or advertising.
• Strong ability to perform exploratory data analysis and navigate complex datasets.
• Comfortable collaborating with cross‑functional teams to define business needs.
• Proven track record of translating data findings into business‑focused recommendations.
