Senior ERP Developer

About the role

This full‑time Senior ERP Developer position is based in Moka and follows a hybrid work model, combining on‑site collaboration with remote flexibility. You will design, develop, and configure ERP solutions on platforms such as Sage X3, Oracle, and Salesforce to support complex business processes across multiple industries.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Implement customizations and integrate ERP systems with existing applications and databases.
• Optimize performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure data integrity.
• Participate in testing, deployment, and ongoing support activities.
• Collaborate with consultants, project managers, and client stakeholders, and mentor junior team members.

Required profile

• Strong proficiency in ERP platforms (Sage X3, Oracle, Salesforce) and experience customizing solutions.
• Solid software development background with object‑oriented programming, integration development, and scripting.
• Extensive experience with databases, including design, SQL querying, optimization, and data migration.
• Experience analyzing and modeling business process workflows.
• Consulting or client‑facing technical experience and ability to mentor junior developers.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
