Senior Executive – Client Services & Administration

About the role

Apex Group is seeking a Senior Executive to manage client servicing and administration for a diverse portfolio of funds and corporate entities. You will act as a key liaison between clients, internal teams, and statutory bodies, ensuring high‑quality deliverables and compliance with legal requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Administer a defined set of client servicing deliverables across a portfolio of clients.
• Maintain accurate records in line with internal policies and legal standards.
• Organise directors/shareholders meetings, prepare board papers, and verify minutes.
• Ensure final client deliverables are error‑free and meet quality standards.
• Handle certification, notarisation, apostillation and consularisation of documents promptly.
• Manage bank account activities, including openings, transfers and bank liaison.
• Perform day‑to‑day tasks timely, monitor progress and meet deadlines.
• File statutory returns with FSC, ROC and other authorities.
• Conduct customer due diligence (CDD) per AML regulations and keep records up to date.
• Coordinate and coach team members, reviewing their work for accuracy.

Required profile

• 3‑4 years of experience in a global business or fund administration environment.
• Degree holder or substantial progress towards ACA, ACCA or equivalent qualification.
• Strong client‑service mindset with excellent written and spoken communication.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and work under pressure to tight deadlines.
• Organised, goal‑oriented team player with strong interpersonal skills.
