Senior Executive – Client Services & Administration

About the role

The Senior Executive will manage a portfolio of client servicing deliverables, ensuring high‑quality administration, statutory compliance and seamless communication between clients, directors and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Administer a defined set of client servicing tasks for multiple clients.
• Prepare and verify board papers, director/shareholder meeting minutes and other high‑quality deliverables.
• Maintain accurate records in line with internal policies and legal requirements.
• Handle certification, notarisation, apostillation and consularisation of documents within agreed timelines.
• Open and manage bank accounts, initiate transfers and liaise with banking partners.
• Perform statutory filings with the FSC, ROC and other regulatory bodies.
• Conduct customer due diligence (CDD) in accordance with AML regulations and keep CDD records up to date.
• Coordinate and coach team members, reviewing their work to ensure accuracy.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience in a global business or fund administration environment.
• University degree or substantial progress toward ACA, ACCA or an equivalent professional qualification.
• Strong client‑service mindset with excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize workload and meet tight deadlines under pressure.
• Organised, goal‑oriented and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
